Essentials

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult for our residents to attend appointments outside of the home. We are always willing to make the necessary arrangements and provide support and transport whenever possible.

Professional visits to the home include a Hairdresser, Podiatrist, Optician and Dentist as well as local Doctors and Nurses.

For those individuals who like to attend church, a monthly service is held in the home by local Ministers. Transport to local church services can be provided by arrangement.

Accompanied trips are offered into Kirkcudbright, Gatehouse or Castle Douglas to browse or shop, followed by refreshments in a local tearoom.
